Hair Preparation Requirements • Clients should arrive with clean, detangled, straightened, product-free hair unless otherwise stated for a specific service. • Failure to do so may require additional prep services at an extra cost of 400 kr. Client Conduct and Salon Atmosphere • We maintain a respectful, professional environment, no smoking, no vaping, no snuff while sitting on the salon chair. • If you must smoke please do it outside and wait a while for the smell to clear before coming back in. • Go to the rest room or outside to insert your snuff, please do not do it while sitting on the salon chair. • Clients are not allowed to ask personal questions about family life, marriage status, and living condition.
