Booking and Punctuality Guidelines:

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Please arrive on time.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or will be charged for extra time.

• Clients that are more than 25 minutes late may receive a cancellation of their booked service without a notice.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your appointment, please use the cancellation code provided in your booking confirmation email.

• Do not contact Chizzy for cancellations. All cancellations must be completed by the client using the provided system.

• To secure your appointment, full payment must be made before placing your order. Please send the required amount via Swish to 1234973962.

• If payment is not received, your appointment will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in the loss of your deposit or a charge of 50% of the service fee. An invoice will be issued accordingly.

Payment Terms and Pricing Information

• The remaining balance is due at the end of service.

• Chizzy accepts ( payment methods, e.g., cash, and swish ).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Hair Preparation Requirements

• Clients should arrive with clean, detangled, straightened, product-free hair unless otherwise stated for a specific service.

• Failure to do so may require additional prep services at an extra cost of 400 kr.

Client Conduct and Salon Atmosphere

• We maintain a respectful, professional environment, no smoking, no vaping, no snuff while sitting on the salon chair.

• If you must smoke please do it outside and wait a while for the smell to clear before coming back in.

• Go to the rest room or outside to insert your snuff, please do not do it while sitting on the salon chair.

• Clients are not allowed to ask personal questions about family life, marriage status, and living conditions.

Behavioral Guidelines

• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Children or extra guests are only allowed if approved in advance for safety and comfort.

• Keep an eye on your children, any damages will be debited. 

Refunds and Issue Resolution Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you have any concerns regarding your hairstyle, you must notify Chizzy within 30 days of your appointment. This allows us to assess and address the issue appropriately.

For human hair purchases made at the salon, you also have 30 days from the date of purchase to report any concerns. After evaluation, if it is confirmed that the hair quality is unsatisfactory, you will receive a replacement equivalent to 50% of the same hair type. This resolution applies only to human hair products.

If no complaint is received within 30 days, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please note:

• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Products purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for any form of compensation or replacement.

Photography and Media Consent

• AmazingHairByChizzy may request permission to take photos/videos of completed styles for promotional use.

• Clients may opt out by informing the stylist before the service begins.
